*Glimpses of Self-Realization*
Friends! Here is another ZEN story for the seekers of Sahaja- Samadhi.
There was a master in a zen monastery, who seldom made any sermons. The
disciples were eager to listen to his spiritual discourses. To their
great surprise, one day the master asked everybody,to gather up in the
meditation hall. Everybody assembled at the hall and after some time the
master came and sat in front of them. Sitting silently for a while,
he started to leave the hall, with out uttering a single word.
Disciples followed him and asked him, why he did`t come up with a
sermon.
Master told : Plenty of spiritual teachers are there who
teaches you Buddha suthras of Bodhidharma. And spiritual disciplinarians
are there advocating sanctions and prohibitions. My dear children! I am
a `ZEN` teacher and `ZEN` is beyond words. The language of zen is
silence. Zen can not be put into words. Zen can be communicated from
heart to heart, through silence only, with out the intervention of body,
mind, and intellect complex.
Moral of the story
`ZEN` is nothing but pure consciousness- here- there- and every where.
Zen is not limited by space, time and causation. ZEN (BRAHMAN) is transcendental, not affected by duality. Only those who can comprehend
the language of silence can attain `ZEN` or `Brahman' resulting
in`SAHAJA SAMADHI`(Peace-Inherent)- already attained.
